Updating Availability in TeamSnap

Dear NCMHA Members,

The city is no longer asking people to sign in at arena entrances.  They have indicated that individual user groups are now solely responsible for all contact tracing of their participants.  This means that it is increasingly important that all players and team staff update their availability prior to all ice times.  We thank those who have already been doing this religiously.  We ask those of you who may have been forgetting occasionally to ensure they do this going forward.

Coaches and Managers,
We have found that teams that have a coach or manager remind people through the Team Snap Chat feature to update availability and do their health checks hours before a scheduled ice time have seen almost perfect compliance.  Please adopt this practice.  Health checks are available 9 hours before a scheduled ice time.
