Please see the link below for the waiver that is required for our return to hockey. Please ensure that it is printed, signed, and submitted to your child(ren)’s coach prior to their next ice time.
The city of Greater Sudbury has also released a newer version of their arena user guidelines. Please take a moment to read it over and ensure compliance.
